History

Santa's Land is a Christmas themed park in Putney, Vermont.  An article from roadsideamerica.com tells how Santa's Land got its start in the 1950s and was built on an old airstrip.  Santa's Land was then purchsed in 1970 by a family named Brewer who ran the park for over 30 years.

Santa's Land was listed in cross country directories in 1981 an 1982 offering 8 km marked trails, sleigh rides, and an Igloo Pancake House.

When I called in the fall of 2013 Santa's Land was still open though a representative told me Santa's Land only operates as a children's theme park with no cross country offered.
