History

The Cortina Inn was originally constructed in 1968 and since that time has expanded into a 97 room inn catering to tourists in the Rutland/Killington area.  Very little information is available regarding the Cortina Inn as a ski touring area aside from the 1980 Skiing magazine information provided above.  Today, the Cortina is still open as an inn and resort and advertises cross country skiing at nearby Mountain Meadows.
